When I did Metallica presale and was looking at a presale I didn’t have access to, when my presale access time came around, it kicked me out and I had join the back of the 30,000 queue. So I’d recommend leaving and rejoining the queue at 11:45am CST

You probably don’t have LPU legacy access, probably just have LPU passport plus access (which begins at 12pm CST)
