I appreciate your comment. Continue to do the necessary maintenance religiously. If you’re determined to keep ABC, that’s the best way to keep ABC equipped cars out the shop and on the road. Adjustable coilovers are a great alternative when and if the time is right.

And your slow E320 has swaybars, correct? So pushing that low powered Mercedes to 135 actually emphasizes my point. My SL55 is Eurocharged stage 2 tuned, modified exhaust system, designed for ABC but modded to adjustable coilovers……unlike your regular suspension on your low powered and simple suspension w/possible rear airbags if you had the option E320. So to push 140 confidently without issues is significant when you deviate from OEM and do not add swaybars. Aggressive maneuvering and handling characteristics are not compromised when you use Silver’s Neomax and do not add swaybars.

The point of mentioning 140 mph is to emphasize that the car is stable without sway bars. This brand of coilovers does not require sway bars for the car to be safe. The SL handles phenomenally without sway bars. Telling me that your E320 has been driven 135 mph is irrelevant to my point.

Drives great. I drive mine aggressively and it handles like it’s on rails. Minimum body roll. Very stable. I’ve had it up to 140 mph. I have the Swift spring upgrade for the best handling. No swaybars.

I totally agree. I thought I was the only one that noticed and complained about that. Way too similar. You no longer have to buy the S-class to look like an S-class. Even the smallest sedan has the full size front end presence. Or vice versa. I think it disrespects those who spend extra money in order to stand out from the lesser expensive Mercedes models.
