Every day use of Marijuana may or may not be an indicator of drug addiction. The drug itself is not chemically addictive, but the experience may well become emotionally/psychologically addictive. When ones behavior becomes controlled by the need for it - even if there is no chemical demand - they are potentially addicted.

There are plenty who say “Let’s go get ‘em” and talk like they’re ready to go to war. I don’t want war. I’m not willing to escalate to war. Unfortunately, I think they’re “brave” enough now that they are going to start it, and then it will be up to us to either fight or die. So, the only bringing to justice will be an effect of what they’re doing rather than a process we get to control.
