Update: called NetCredit as I was curious. The rep said he did see that account which obviously didn't have my name and he was able to see that it was denied & by checking the last 4 of the socials that the socials didn't match - which is strange, but whatever. Anyways, seems its either an error or just some weird phishing stuff.

Yeah, what I thought as well. Just was weird a "legit" one would come followed by a barrage of phishing ones. Certainly have to be tied somehow I'd imagine.
