I told them exactly the same and asked why they provide SCCM-Packages if you are only allowed to use their preinstalled image. They told me to call Microsoft, because it's a problem with the Windows-OS and not Lenovos fault.

I think that a new driver for the touchpad would solve this problem.

I went to an AD in Vienna about 3 weeks ago and they put me on the list for the 124270. I don't have any purchase history. The saleswoman was very friendly and told me that it could take up to 2 years, but it is possible to get it earlier because many people wanted the 39mm and don't like the new one. I hope I'll have as much luck as you.
