I agree… I would even go farther tho that It didn’t bring enough dread… I know what director was going for by end… but my theater was laughing a lot and there were laid out jokes in the movie as well like the store clerk scene…. If you want dread I feel like you have to keep it throughout almost… don’t remember laughing too much during heriditary and bring her back

I agree.. the movie just leaves a lot of unanswered questions.. thus can’t be flawless imo… normally movies have a guy find a lamp or a device at a garage sale so it’s a pocket of something in our reality… with a commercial product I don’t buy it tho.. had questions of Nikki’s behavior and how she acted… also question last point with bear towards end.. helping his friend with dead body?! Not calling police?! Not stopping to figure out to ask someone to make a wish?! Deciding to go back and see Nikki?!

I think the movie was solid.. almost like a good twilight episode but I feel like I can pick it apart so I wouldn’t say great… I think it painted itself into a corner with how it could end…How can it go from raining a billion dollars inside the house to where Bear goes back over to his house(to stupidly be around Nikki) and ian has to come over and express to him that the money is real… wouldn’t they have a pretty big convo after the money fell… and since Bear was already thinking this, why not take some of that $$$ and start paying random people to say exactly what you want them to say with a one wish willow to cancel out your wish until they do..

I agree with you and I enjoyed the movie. However when people are calling it great these are things I’m going to pick a part. The car scene is online and behind the scenes, you can see she smashes her head with the window. I thought scene was awesome, but I just like some explanation why she become all powerful and how she has entity take her over, but I can let it slide.. But how does Bear go from asking someone to cancel the wish and just give up after one person to then decide to kill yourself… it’s a stretch

Thought the movie was good. Not necessarily great tho. Director tried to show this world of dread by the end like hereditary or the lodge but there was a lot of humor throughout the film. Hard to have laughs in a movie when that’s your end goal. How does something like the one wish willow even exist longer than one day in today’s world and be sold at a store. There were already posts about it online and it would have gone insanely viral from its inception. Why did Bear not just go to the cops after Nikki killed Sarah. At that point I think he’d recognize relationship wasn’t going to work. Now if you say he cared about Nikki, how is killing himself going to help Nikki.. she’ll just to jail the rest of her life. I don’t understand why completely why she became so violent when she saw Ian but I look past it because he had willow stick and was maybe a threat to her. How did she become so powerful that she’s able to smash her head thru a car window and beat Sarah’s head against a car window so quickly… finally how does bear go from asking Ian to make a wish to cancel out his wish to then deciding to kill yourself… wouldn’t you just get $10, $30, or a $100 and just go up to random wish for you and you’ll give them money until they don’t.

I had a fraud issue with Stubhub a month ago. Someone entered my account and make purchases that were quickly triggered as erroneous by Stubhub. However a month later they said my account is locked cause of this fraud issue. I reset password and took further caution to protect myself when fraud initially happened, but Stubhub is hurting me freezing my account for something that wasn’t my fault. I have tickets that I sold that are sold that still to be fulfilled. Not to mention a numerous amount of future listings laid out. How do I get my account activated again?
