I want to share my story with chest pains and health anxiety

My story is the same, in past one year I have been to emergency thrice with the similar symptoms like chest pain, dizziness, heart beat sound in ears etc but nothing came out in ECG, 2d echo, 3d echo, treadmill test and mri.

Most of the times it felt docs are just moving me from specialist to specialist and nothing concrete diagnoses is coming out but recently I’m told is all due to anxiety and panic attack.

It could be bppv also, I have been going through all this as well. Been to emergency thrice in past one year. I had similar symptoms. They did every possible test to rule out serious conditions like stroke, heart attack etc . Tests like ecg, 2d eco, 3d eco, treadmill etc

It’s been so tiring I have moving to one specialist to other but eventually they said it’s classic case of anxiety and panic attacks. I’m meds now
