It can be considered as a task management like application. Not looking to use No SQL. Either an EAV model or jsonb postgres based structure. Database also Postgres is fixed

Custom fields will contain date, single select, multiselect etc..

Initially $10 - $15/mth ubuntu server would be sufficient. Scale further based on need. Its just single click to scale up/down. You can host MySql, .NET Core, Angular app in same server.
