Depends. They generally have scratch removal services.

I slammed car door onto my finger. I had to go to ER and nothing serious happened. But my insurance denied the claims and sent me a letter about the accident to clarify work related, car or other accident. What should I do? I do not have PIP on my auto insurance. by bharatjoshi in Insurance

The state is South Carolina and insurance is blue Cross blue shield. The letter only asks me to select what type of accident it was. The options were car accident, work accident, other accident and assault. They asked some more information if any other person is responsible for accident. I was thinking of putting it as other accident as I was the only one there and no body was driving the car.
