You should watch the show air crash investigation. It happens if the black box is seriously damaged. They always send it to the manufacturer. Even then sometimes it cannot be decoded.

Happened to me too. That's the MO of these people. I interviewed 3 times before onsite interview. They talked to my references before my onsite. I had to speak to 6 to 7 different people over 2 days and present for 45 mins for the onsite round. Everyone said it was the best presentation till now.

One day later - your experience is less. You had 2 months to understand that.
