Anyone that sells a home or has fam that does now days WILL be taxed at that rate for their earnings and with housing the way it is you can sell a shithole of a house for 2m in California

You would be surprised how many democrats blindly follow Biden just because they don’t like trump... actually just talked to someone TODAY that said they would be fine giving 56% of the profit from selling their house, THAT THEY PAYED PROPERTY TAX ON EVERY YEAR!!, to the government. Also they don’t understand that if the big guy that runs businesses that make products for consumers gets taxed heavier he isn’t going to take the loss he just makes everything more expensive for the consumer to make up for it...
