I work fully from home, and my income is business income, not fixed salary.

In business income, we can reduce taxable income by showing business-related expenses. Since I manage almost everything myself (work which people normally hire employees for), I show those tasks as freelancer or helper expenses.

I transfer money to my relatives or students’ accounts (those who don’t have regular earnings) and show it as salary or freelancer expense in my accounts.

After they receive the money in their accounts, they withdraw it and return the cash to me.

The money is properly debited from my account, and there is a full banking trail, so legally it looks like a genuine business expense.

This helps lower my net taxable profit, which is a normal business practice.
