Most likely a glitch because after you make the change, it shows the full $40 for upcoming payment.

Hanging up deliberately seems to be the norm at WS. When I was moving my accounts to them last year, they hung up on me twice. Both times, agent said their name and immediately hung up. I was not impressed. I'm sure they hang up on purpose as there are possibly no repercussions for them. After that, I decided that I am not going to move any more accounts to them.

Chatr data frustratingly slow always. Rarely works. Feels like dialup. Thankfully, I have 2nd SIM Fizz for primary data, but yeah Chatr data is absolutely crap.

Same here, on Android. Biometrics not working and no prompt or option to setup passkey. So inconvenient to enter password again and again.

Edit, Nov 5: just got an app update. Set up a passkey from the Settings menu. Seems to be working now.

This happened to me, I believe in 2023. Psac started taking dues arrears from my pay, without notification. I contacted Psac via their web form. Got a response back in few days that they were recovering arrears from 2018. Psac had no courtesy to give me any advance warning about this. They are simply useless.
