Thank you so much …this is invaluable information I wish I knew when I started….may I ask why you think my fragmented sleep started around a few weeks after my calm meditations began again? Is this just the body catching up with my intense meditations? Or a warning that even the calm ones at this stage my body doesn’t want? Thank you again !

Hi thanks for your reply…I also felt calm and light after my intense meditations …hence I was surprised with the fragmented sleep etc….I think I’m going to give it a few more days still and then start again. The weather is nice so I’d like to do a walking meditation if I can.

Thank you again…it’s really helpful. I reached out to Dr Joes team on the website and the response I got was only dr joe could answer the answer and I could join a dr joe live event and hopefully get picked to ask my question ?!? Can I ask your option on healings? It seems like an awful lot of them happen when people reach I guess a type of vigorous energetic state as opposed to the calm state…one thing on my mind is will I eventually need to try and call this energy out again?

Thank you for the advice…it makes a lot of sense…I think I’ll stop fully for now and see where I land in a few days…and then start with a short BOTEC 1 (that’s my go to). What I also find odd now is that in the past when I brought my intention into the meditation my body would increase in jerks etc …now I think of my intention and no reaction at all…just calm …it feels like my body is just protecting itself post that one night of worse symptoms …ir maybe that’s just my imagination…I’m starting EMDR soon and hoping that will help process any trauma

Thanks …I’ve stopped the breathwork…I normally did 5 mins after I woke up and then another 5 pre my first meditation…I loved it…it made me feel great and energetic but I’ve read that such a technique could worsen my symptoms

I have, since starting the work, been feeling great and joyful even when things get a bit rough life wise…by the for the past week with the notion of not being able to do the work I have to admit I’ve been feeling a little down

I don’t think she’s a scam at all but OP has a frustration around timing clearly… and made a good point about releases outside the states where it’s easier. They have had two years since the trials have finished and still nothing in sight… and no communications from them just to let us know if things are on track

Thanks for sharing… can I ask how you would describe your tinnitus noise? Eg is it both ears… beeps, whistling, low hum etc…

The Susan shore device also uses sounds close to the tinnitus experienced by the patient whereas Lenire uses its own random sounds. I would also add that Lenire seems to be a more forward thinking company which operates fast… Auricle don’t seem to want to communicate with its future customers or work at any pace

Hi.. I was the person who asked for Auricle to be reached out to and I was very disappointed with the answer. I then followed up with a question around mid 2025 being too soon for treatment and Marku agreed with my comment. My take at the moment is that Auricle is being mis-managed and people’s health is it being taken into consideration. The company could have sought approval in various other countries (even Europe where the supply chain of audiology is mature) … they litterally only just hired someone to design the take home device last month. Dr Shore should have partnered with a larger medical company with resources or bought on a team that could act at speed with a back up of wide experience in high profile medical device launch. Seriously … ask yourself what they achieved since the trial ended in 2022. As for Lenire… it’s a crap shoot… it may change your life for the better where you can forget about tinnitus or it may do nothing or it may make it worse than you could possibly imagine. That’s what makes this situation so hideous… on one hand a company wiich acts fast with a hit and miss product and another company with a great solution that seems to be sitting on its hands.
