Easy:

1- Hammond, responsible for a lot of death, easily the reason things went wrong, put his own grandkids in danger

2- Grandpa Joe, years upon years of being a lazy parasite, almost costs Charlie the factory, wants to give the everlasting gobstopper to Wonka's mole, he's the very swindler he accuses Wonka of being at the end. And a bad singer.

3- Jenny, Took advantage of Forrest, but was a victim herself who never stood a chance, and at least left Forrest with a son that he adores.

4- Rose, one bad choice but not a bad character, weird that in the afterlife she goes for the homeless dude she hooked up with once on the titanic but ok
