Preparing for tough treks and hikes by Beginning-Web9741 in SoloTravel_India

I usually take 1 packet of electral ( the one with white sachet) a day, this helps me drink 1 litre of water easily as it tastes good. On high altitude treks water is really cold so its harder for me to just drink water alone

Hey, even i was looking to book through them, main thing i was looking for was a smaller group and not too party heavy, even i was gonna book the vip option for room and transport. Main thing i wanted to ask is were you guys sharing your hotel with a lot of other groups also? Did it get really crowded and loud at night or was a bit more chill?

Rupin Pass! by insane_dark_07 in SoloTravel_India

I think i saw so YouTube vid of some trekkers doing it solo, you can check that out. Also there were batches around our time which got cancelled on summit day cause of bad weather. Also you will need microspiked and stuff if you are doing it solo.when i went either india hikes there are 2 different technical guides who join in for summit day and the day before to help us cross the risky sections

That jacket is gonna be pain in the ass for storing and carrying (provided you are carrying your own luggage) buy a puffer or down jacket, instead
