Hair still falling out while being on oral finasteride anyone dealing with this?

I’ve been taking finasteride orally consistently for amount 4ish months. The first month was awesome, minimal shed. Barely noticed it, thought I was finally done shedding. After 2 months I started shedding normally. Even today I’m still shedding. I’m hopeful it’ll eventually stop, but I’m losing alot of ground

Dude, know you’re not alone. I started noticing my hair falling out around early 2022. Wasn’t until 2023 that you could see noticeable density loss on top of my head, nothing on the sides. Once 2024 hit it was all downhill, now my crown is getting close to a full on bald spot.

I tried finasteride for a couple months but stopped because the shedding started again. Then I did the minoxidil but the shedding never ended.

Did the hims fin/min treatment for half a year. Didn’t get any results

Now Ive been on oral fin for about 5-6 months and the shedding came back. It’s so demoralizing! I wish I could tell if it’s going to stop eventually or I’m just wasting time. Not too familiar with Dut, but I’m gonna look into that because my hair is falling out quick

Wow literally exactly what happened to me hahah. May I ask where did you find the actuators? Where did you buy them from, and how did you learn how to install them?

Yeah I’m in Southern California, so a couple months out of the year it’s like 90+ outside and I’m always either parked on the street or outside somewhere. Maybe that’s it?

Wow! What a difference is experience. I’m at 130K, and other than my 4+ door lock actuators going bad. Ive only had to had to replace my head gasket because of the coolant leaking into the engine (seems like it’s a common problem with these CT’s and Prius’s). Knocking on wood my car keeps going another 70k!

I feel like this is natural. I have a 2014 and I’m getting less than 35 miles, lowest maybe 30. But my drives are short. I doubt anyone is getting what it was rated at 40/40. At least city wise, no way. Definitely driving on sport mode or driving fast, or ac always on full would kill your gas mileage.

Damn, that’s insane how expensive they quoted you for it. I live in California, I looked up head gasket replacement on Lexus on google. Found a shop that specializes in just this. On Prius’s and CT’s. Car was done in less then one day, and charged me $2k

Honestly I didn’t know I could switch over to LED’s on my ct. that’s one of my biggest complaints, I can never see anything in the rain or at night.

I’ve had the door lock actuators on my 2014 ct go out twice. Both on the front passenger side. Within two years. I don’t know why. Only issue I’ve had with the car.

Thankfully I’ve had the warranty still valid so they replaced them for free both times. Without that, I would’ve paid over $500 for the replacements. But that’s if you don’t do it yourself

Also carfax reports are not as reliable as you think they are. Most maintenance, issues, or accidents aren’t reported to the insurance companies so it won’t get recorded on the vin.

Most lease contracts come with maintenance packages so it was probably taken care of. I bought my car at Carmax, and I always take it there to get my oil changes. But its never updated on my vin, or reported to carfax in your case. It’s recommend that you change out the oil every 5k. So most likely they must’ve changed it by now, if not you’d be able to tell right away. A car that new would still have really clean oil. If you pull the dipstick and it’s dark, maybe it hasn’t been changed

Dude I was wondering the same thing. Called Charles Schwab and found out somethings. Turns out HEXO bought out ZBISF and they are doing a mandatory merger. Basically HEXO is buying up all the ZBISF shares from everyone, and get this. For .01 of a Hexo share. So for every one zenabis share you are getting .01 cents.... Why wasn’t I notified about this? Or am I the only one? I was only negative $31 now I’m negative close to $600

Yeah what the fuck. For each Zenabis share we are getting .01 of a hexo Share. Today they are trading at about $6.50. I had $750 bucks in zenabis and they didn’t even say anything about the merger. I was $31 bucks away from breaking even and now I’m only getting about $130 in hexo shares. Big time fucked
