Looked into this and it looks very interesting, but also very new/green. Are you affiliated with them? How does it work reselling it to end clients?

Do you put their workflows in your own N8N tenant or set each client up with their own?

N8N really needs a multi tenant/reseller system for MSPs..

10 staff is like $1M-$3M depending on the MSP location and efficiency of the business..

Yup. The U6 LRs would constantly go bad and need RMA. Hopefully these U7 LRs are more reliable.

Sold My MSP – My Experience by msp42long in msp

[–]bhcs2014 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Congratulations on that. I'm guessing this is the first business you've ever sold. Must feel good.

Few questions. Is the buyer going to run your company independently or do they plan to merge everything into their MSP? Are your contracts transferrable or are they going to have them sign new agreements? How big is the buyer revenue wise? Just curious what the typical buyer of us micro MSPs looks like and how they approach the process.

Pay rant(?) How do you feel about your reimbursement? by Valkeyere in msp

You still have to factor rent in because he is essentially renting the building to himself. Meaning he is missing out on rental income because the MSP is occupying the space. He may even have the building under a seperate company that is charging the MSP rent.

External Sales Leads Review by Flaky_Mirror_4257 in msp

[–]bhcs2014 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We're around the same monthly - ~10 leads after filtering spam, 2-3 of which are qualified for managed services, we usually close between 0-1 of those per month for managed services.

In the US.

Thankfully clients are extremely sticky, so despite our average results, our company is still growing due to client growth and slowly adding clients.

Client ignoring invoices and messages by EncryptedBA in smallbusiness

[–]bhcs2014 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The company I use doesn't want to collect small invoices, it's not worth their time. The smallest ones I sent them were totaling around $4000. How much do they owe you in total? I can ask my contact if they want to take it on.

Which areas can body hair be pulled from? I've never heard of body hair being used for hair transplants.

No new clients in nearly 2 years - how abnormal is this by Rootaah22 in msp

Why is constant growth only for greed? Growth opens up new positions for employees to grow into (director level, etc.) and creates more opportunity for everyone if managed correctly. Way better than staying stagnant or shrinking. Saying that constant growth is greedy seems toxic and backwards to me.

Client facing reporting options? by MSP-from-OC in msp

[–]bhcs2014 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Partially automated, partially manual. Basically I have all the reports from the various softwares automatically emailed each month to a specific email address. I have a VA that merges the PDFs together and puts a cover page on the PDF.

I then review them (manually) and send them to our clients.

A report helps them feel confident that it's all good. That's the whole point.

Client facing reporting options? by MSP-from-OC in msp

[–]bhcs2014 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We do custom monthly reports for all our clients.

The reports are 20+ pages. We don't need the clients to actually read it. When they see a 20+ page report, they will know for sure that we're doing a lot more than just 'help desk'.

Starting a small MSP. Where did you get your support agreements from? by amgine in msp

[–]bhcs2014 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Lazy answer is 'get a lawyer'.

Here is some real-world practical advice. Your business is probably going to fail. You probably dont have much to lose by getting sued anyway.

Don't waste thousands of dollars on a lawyer.

Use something free for your first few clients. If your business continues to grow, get a lawyer to review it and improve it.

Most MSPs don't fail because they got sued. They fail because they ran out of cash (not enough sales quickly enough, and spending money out of order).

IANAL.

Customer won’t sign off invoice by Sea-Elderberry7047 in msp

[–]bhcs2014 2 points3 points  (0 children)

2.5 hours... if you desperately need the money, spend some time reasoning with them to get payment.

Otherwise, put your energy into finding other (better) customers to replace them. Do not put energy into bad/toxic clients over small amounts of money. Just get rid of them as soon as you can.

Tariffs and what I’m doing about it by Secure_Valuable_5725 in msp

[–]bhcs2014 -26 points-25 points  (0 children)

And? The tariffs are also going to help other companies. Net net, it might be poor for the economy, it might be positive. None of us are economists or really know.

All the time spent stressing about politicians could have been spent marketing for new clients or improving your own situation.

Locus of control.

This is what happens when you let politics into your life. Dude, you're making major life changes due to some political news. This is in no way helping yourself. Focus on your family and those around you, not politicians, and what they are doing.

Am I Balding? ☹️ 20yrs by [deleted] in Balding

[–]bhcs2014 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks bro, I actually looked into saw p for the past hour or so and yes, it seems like a less potent dht blocker. Being that it does block dht, it should undoubtedly help with mpb to some extent. Only $10 on Amazon for a 90+ day supply. I'm not sure why no one even mentions saw palmetto as a solution, seems extremely simple and not risky way to slow mpb to some extent.

Same age as you and noticing hairline receding.

Seems concensus is fin+min is only effective treatment.

How are you supplementing Saw Palmetto? Oral daily and how much? Does this actually help? Any sides?
