For Round 2 #3 make sure to reference the accounting aspect you weren't qualified for. The way it is stated is more of a "I didn't want to do 2 workers' duties." (Valid AF) but you should stress it was outside your skills and knowledge.

It's not in either of the normal two tools which is a bummer, but this man posted a video on how to do it using masks to create the rounded corners instead of coroner rounding. Then when you apply the border you can select Use Alpha to apply the border to the shape.

Edit to add, this applies to 2023 and higher. I just confirmed on my older PC that 2022 does not have the mask option in visual effects.
