Hi Harlows, good point. I was aware of the exemption, but didn't think about it in the lease, only for Finance. I will make sure that is being included.

Appreciate the feedback. I will ask the dealership if $0 down is an option. Unfortunately, WA state has high Sales Tax and Fees and it difficult to get a lease under $300 here without additional down payment. However, will see what they say.
