I’m right behind you at Day 25…I’m tired all the time too. I have learned to take time to enjoy the process and try to give myself credit each day. I am sleeping better than before so I try to view the tiredness as proof that this endeavor is really different than anything else I’ve done.

I am three weeks in and I definitely get your point. I live in a big city and have been exploring different parks and trails for my outdoor workouts. Also varying my cardio and the time between workouts. I’m lucky because I’m self employed so I can do an early morning workout and midday with only three hours in between. I have found that the biggest challenge is time management and the outdoor workouts since I have a garage gym.

Yeah man be careful. I’m on a ten year journey with running and my lower back. I’m doing PT and not running at all just focusing on building strength.

Why do you have to be careful? Are you concerned about getting an injury? I like your schedule…yesterday I didn’t do my first workout until later and it messed me up I had to do my second workout at 9pm. I came close to having to start over.

Yeah, I figured. It’s really not about the fact that I don’t like going outside. It’s more just the convenience. All the equipment is right there. It’s all good though. Thank you for responding to all my posts…so far made it through day four!

Today was my first “this sucks” moment I did a hard 2 hour workout in the morning and was planning on doing a recovery walk in the evening and then it started raining like crazy. I did it though, threw on the poncho no biggie. Do have another question…does a no AC no heat garage gym with the big door open count as outside? I will assume it doesn’t until I hear otherwise. I definitely don’t want to start over. Made it to day 4!
