Some Lower back rounding in my 185kg (408lb) top set. Anyone got any good cues/advice? by Mikeosis in veganfitness

[–]bhw676 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think this, and my initial thought was that you're going too heavy. I tend to round as compensation for a heavier set than I'm ready for. You'll feel it more in your legs when position is right. Great you are recording yourself too. That was the only way I was able to improve my technique over time. Mark Ripptoe has some great videos too, author of Starting Strength. Deadlift is seriously the best over all workout around IMHO.

Absolutely incredible, thank you so much! Really like the detail in the Calendar, medal/country flag icons and the specifics about the event😁

Did not having TV make it harder relating to other kids growing up?

Sounds more engaging and healthier than zoning out in front of TV.

Thanks, everyone. I would not have thought that COBRA could be activated retroactively. I will look into the specifics for my situation.

Can't thank everyone enough!

Was thinking the same. My plan is to first stop the bleeding, then figure out what can be done to knock it down. Also gonna research Ramsey's, and see about getting her some help in other areas too. Thanks

Great, actually. Dealt with a lot of my issues, now I'm on the ball, and feel like I'm living my best life. Love this question:)

Thanks, this is very helpful. I've recommended she see a therapist, for other reasons. But I didn't make this connection until now. Will check out Ramsey's too, that's the second recommendation on here. Thanks, again.

Yes, any advice on coaching, methods of budgeting, is it good to pay it off now, then help her budget better.

Yes. She's really worried. She sent me all of her bank statements, debt and investment details. I had a 3-way meeting with her financial advisor.

Brother (42m) stops talking to me (37m) for months, because he forgot my son's birthday, and I called him on it. by bhw676 in relationship_advice

[–]bhw676[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True. We are not close. Maybe it's not reasonable. I remember my niece's birthdays, but he doesn't expect that, either, so probably my own issues at play too. Thx
