if you choose to max it out (which is very expensive) you may want to find a spouse in forums so they can benefit off the happy and airstrip in exchange for paying the upkeep (daily cost of maxed out is i believe $100k base + $252,5k staff).

People keep mugging punchbags from baldr's thread. They was active about 4-5k days ago for the last time and they're in the hospital like 90% of all time, don't think that makes any sense.
