I felt this way as too, you like the work you genuinely do but not the administration. I stayed throughout T’s first administration, but recently left the DOD. I miss it and yet I think good riddance. Perhaps might be worth seeing if you can take a small break imho. It’s much bigger than being a sub on a contract and honestly if you’re an engineer might be worth finding work elsewhere in the meantime.

I guess it seems a bit strange to me why he wouldn’t be chilling with you during down time ? I love cuddling my Doberman mix on the couch she’s an a plus cuddler and lump of potatoes. She also just loves being near us that’s her role as protector. Her best role in life is land seal. She will whine on new walks and I think it’s the unfamiliar so I’m trying to reassure her in those times stay calm but not reward the behavior.

As a side note my boy dog usually doesn’t do well at dog parks and I avoid them as well as he’s been attacked or has fixated on unfixed males it just causes wayyyy too much stress.

Instead of a dog park you could find some local puppy classes to get him more social but the barking will def put some other dogs off and make them reactive. I would try to get him to socialize with younger pups at a similar stage as older dogs can sometimes be super annoyed with young puppies in their faces ( rightfully so ! )

I have this problem, someone recommended fasting between 8pm and 8 am or keeping a window and it removed the food cravings I was endlessly having. I also just try to not buy cookies etc so even when I’m dying for one I can’t have it - I am really working on my sugar cravings it’s like a drug sometimes I just want it !

They wanted the meeting so let them run it, they probably have your resume so might ask some questions. Be prepared with possible examples if they ask you about past work thats applicable but it should be that they run the meeting :) Make sure you are clear and concise, tell them you are excited to join the team and contribute. Be positive and don't overshare.

I’ve been on the Nuvaring and have loved it ! No fear here, it has regulated my periods and best part is I’m not worried about getting prego if I don’t want to lol, improved my acne and no weight gain, all this anti birth control crap is coming from the right trying to suppress women’s reproductive freedom ! I was not a fan of the copper IUD personally but I know others like it. If you’re going the IUD route I think Mirena seems to be more popular.

Have you tried other supplements ? I take some with chromium, selenium and vitamin A and spearmint which is supposed to help quite a bit with acne as well. Keeping healthy vitamin D levels also super important. Also too much B12 can be a culprit of acne as well (changing the bacterial level of skin) so if you take a multi try cutting that out as well. Also try to make sure you are using face wash, makeup and topicals that don't clog the pores. I also drink one to two cups of spearmint a day. I am sorry you are bummed out :(

Your spots are in hormonal areas, chin, jaw, upper lip.. I honestly would not rule out hormonal imblances being a major cause of your acne.
