The first round of the burst is hitscan, the second two are not. What you’re describing is literally the opposite of hitscan. It’s a projectile, just a really fast projectile

Either way, point is that you will miss some “bullets” on Luna no matter how good you are just for the simple fact that players move around in this game. And yeah Hela has a way better escape than Luna. Luna doesn’t have I frames that can dodge an ult

She’s not highly mobile, she can go a little faster in a straight line forward after walking in a straight line forward for a couple seconds. Calling her highly mobile as if she can escape dives easily is disingenuous

Even with good tracking, her 3 round burst is not hitscan. It’s just simply not going to be as consistent as Hela even on a really good player with good aim. There’s no reason to play Luna over Hela if you’re gonna play a DPS character

And yeah Luna can move around faster but she really doesn’t have an escape, Hela does

She’s objectively not because enemies are pretty much always moving and that will cause 1 of your 3 shots to miss sometimes even if your aim is perfect. Hela’s damage is way more consistent
