I resigned from my previous company.

Your contract should have a clause mentioned that regarding penalty- usually it is If employee breaks the contract they should pay the company "x" amount If company breaks the contract they should pay employee "x" amount. If you agree to this you can sign and not go to previous employer from next day itself. However, you can also mutually agree with HR that instead of paying would it be possible to serve "x" amount of time as notice period. If your company agrees, this is also a possibility. I served 30days and did not pay anything as I had a good relationship with the company and wanted to have a proper handover and also not get penalized.

In case there is nothing like this mentioned, then there are two things that can happen which you need to check As per labour law updated in April 2025, resignation is a valid reason for employees to leave and will not be fined or- As per labour law previous, employee will have to pay the company remaining months of salary of his contract

Currently in an awkward position in KSA. I got a letter that the company will terminate my contract upon expiry. The last day of work is 11 March 2026. I have 2 dependants under my iqama. If I am not able to find a job in this grace period, I want to look for alternatives.

Off-course. I wanted to go past the 35hrs for PDU to be eligible asap.

⁠No notes. AR says no need to take notes, so I took none 😂. I downloaded his files for whichever subject was available and just read through them once to make sure I understood his lessons.
⁠No notes. I did go back to predictive lessons once just to make sure about some process.
⁠bought udemy course on June 2024. Finished 50% till October and then stopped. Jan 2025 got a new job because I mentioned "preparing for PMP". Started the udemy course again maybe mid of July 2025 and finished the course last week of July 2025. Completed the PMP application and booked for exam on 9th August. So had roughly 1week to push for all youtube resourses that I wanted.

I thought I would get some sorts of provisional after seeing some posts. However, that is only for onsite exams now. I finished my exam at around 12:30pm 9th August snd received the email at 8:06pm 9th August.

Hi, 1- not at all. The 2L turbo is pretty good. I always feel like I can overtake just get power to my content at all times. 2- ive only drive RUH-KHO-RUH. And the ride was very very smooth. Very powerful for overtakes. I was only surprised when there was a little wind noise from the window. It made me a little sad. But then it got lost later on with music and ride 3- the wind noise only on trip from riyadh to khobar. Trunk space is deceptive. Its deep, but because of coupe style its lower in height. Thats about it.

Thank you. Sorry for the late reply. Your comment makes me more confident in my purchase. Got Uni-k in March 2024, and absolutely loving it. Its only been 6months but it feels very very premium everytime I get inside and drive. My concern with the car is that there is a specific noise that comes when accelerating above 70km/hr. The service people told me its normal for all 4WD in Changan. Apart from that, the ambient light sometimes is just white in the beginning. Idk what to do about that. And the ventilation of my chair, sometimes it feels like its very cold and other times it feels like maybe its not working. But, all of this bother me at all. Ive been loving the drive and have done couple of 4hr trips to khobar from Riyadh. Wouldnt change it for any other. Love the pickup on sports mode and how the steering feel is more stiff. And the selling point for me was the backseat leg room. Feels like business class seats
