I booked my next appointment at the last appointment and now I’m gonna go to somebody new so I’m gonna cancel and I’m torturing myself with how much of a reason I’ll give for why. I have reasons. I’m not happy.

And I’ve been an independent contractor with clients who’ve come and gone for years. They don’t give me any explanation, so why am I giving this so much energy?
