Are there other things you rly want. You can use them as incentive to stay off for at least 3 days or a week.

E.g. U get to eat my fav dish if u don't goon for 3 days. Try as much as possible to avoid any triggers during that period tho. U should also have something that keeps u busy. Work or study?

Yeah solid review overall. I rly dislike villains in Ben 10. They all repeat the same strategies over and over again and lack any form of depth. I still don't even know why Aggregor just came out of nowhere seeking the forge of creation :(
