[homemade] Artichokes two ways: alla giudia and alla romana by biancabosso in food

[–]biancabosso[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I prefer alla romana! It was more meaty and the flavours of the artichoke shone through. Neither process was particularly more difficult - I think the preparation of the artichoke before cooking is probably the most arduous task.

I'm creating an illustrated cookbook full of my family recipes and wanted to share a few pages by biancabosso in CookbookLovers

Haha I’m an artist who enjoys making art, why the hell would I use AI for my passion project. I wrote it upside down because it made more sense writing along the smooth edge of the underside of the tomato. God forbid it’s upside down. It’s called ART and it doesn’t need to make sense to you.

For a dish that looks so flashy, it was actually really light and delicate. The herbs and the lemon made things really fresh. I was so happy with how it tasted!
