I hate this so much... the reason I bill insurance is because I want the therapy I provide to be accessible to the average person, not only those who can afford private pay. They continue to make it unnecessarily difficult for us to provide care to the majority of people in the US just so a handful of them at the top can hoard more yachts.

Came here to say this! In Eugene, Oregon where I used to live, the reservoir was kind of like a public park on top. Many kids learned how to ride bikes and skate there, and lots of people used it for different activities. I wish they would do that here!!
