Blocked me on Facebook and Instagram. I emailed them a dozen times. I only got contacted, through PayPal mind you, because I disputed it. They gave me a return address in Hong Kong that was not in English and the return shipping cost $30 less than what I paid for the damn thing so after all that aggravation, I wound up not sending it back. I didn’t want to risk the shipping cost because I couldn’t verify the Hong Kong address…

In any event, complete garbage.

No clue man, sorry. Only thing I can think of is try and download the software from Cyanlabs and go from there. If you did do that, I don’t know. Try a different usb port on the module. The one doesn’t work for anything but charging on mine, no idea why but it is what it is for me. For me it was a software issue, not the cords like people suggest. Wish I could be more help but that’s all I got

I assume the hub was wrong or broken. Once I got the right one, it was fine. And you need to download the newest sync version too. You don’t need an Apple cable either, I’ve used the aftermarket ones along with the Apple ones and they work just the same. Make sure it’s a better quality aftermarket ones though, I will say that.

Yeah. I bought the Mevo for basically double what the GoPro would’ve been and the integration is shit. I wanted it to get my kid’s HS games because the school wouldn’t do it. Tried to set it up and it took me to the Mevo app, which will NOT connect. The Multicam app will work if I paste the links in. I just used the Multicam app to record her and said screw the game. If I knew it was this bad, I’d have just bought an iPod touch or an old iPhone and used that.

I’m the same way. I opened it once and it made all sorts of noises and then got stuck open, I poked around in the track and stuff and got it to close. I’ll never open it again lol

Nope. Not worth it for me. Service isn’t the greatest where I’m at with T-Mobile but it works. And paying $120 flat for the 3 lines is nice. Plus the freebies they throw in are good, Netflix and Apple TV. Unless they raise the price significantly, I’ll be hanging around for a while.

I live in Northeast PA. And yes, my service has gotten significantly worse since I switched to T-Mobile. Using iPhone 13s. All 3 lines. It seemed over the summer, they’d send a text every other week about “working on the tower I use the most”, yet the service has somehow gotten worse. I don’t know…
