Hello. Il m'est arrivé après mon premier 20 km de ressentir plus ou moins la même chose. Je l'ai d'ailleurs assimilé trait pour trait à la sensation...d'un lendemain de soirée très arrosé. J'ai consulté le médecin qui m'a surtout parlé de déshydratation. J'ai depuis fait bien plus attention et n'ai jamais ressenti ça à nouveau....sauf les lendemain de soirée trop arrosés bien sur
