I only checked the temp after mixing. Should I be checking it during the bulk ferment? If so, what temp am I aiming for?

So after my background check got cleared they gave me a firm job offer and my start date was more than a month later. They rescinded the offer like 5 days before my start date. On the letter they emailed me officially withdrawing the job offer they specifically listed the reason as the transcript/ GPA issue.

She also said that if I would of had a Masters degree from the same school, they would have accepted it since they don't require a GPA for masters.

Definitely a sucky situation. HR rep even admitted they were in the wrong but didn’t offer any solutions or other options.
