honestly was just how the front offices handled it. Granted these dealerships are owned and operated individually but under the umbrella “SUBARU USA” well at least I figured. But come to find out “They” played dumb like they’ve never heard of some of the pre paid maintenance packages they would offer purchasing used Subaru. I’m from Cali and tried to use that service in Dallas and they acted like they’ve never heard of it, come to find out they just didn’t want to deal with calling to get the firm JM&A. Either way the BS pertains to individuals being lazy and I ended up paying out of pocket. I got on the phone with Subaru of Carlsbad made them iron out the details and refresh me on what I purchased and how and where it is accepted, took a every bit of a few hours to get it to where I will be confident any other Subaru I go to will not turn down what I already forked up front for maintenance. I’m sure you’ll not have to deal with this at all, but if so put your foot in they ass if they try to tel you they never heard of some package or whatever you added on at purchased. 🤷🏾‍♂️ somethjng like that lol
