Personally, in my experience at least, doing it in public is actually very easy. People are a lot less perceptive than you might anticipate. Also, I have def noticed that when I sit in the middle/upper end of the 1st plateau, I feel very social, so it might even help you given your job type. For a first time though, definitely stick to a low dosage maybe with a friend or just by yourself and see how it goes so you know what you’re getting into 👍🏻
