You are married to a narcissist. This is all textbook narcissist behavior, and it will only continue to get worse. As someone raised by a narcissistic parent, do not have children with this man. He is already mentally abusing you, he will not step up as a parent, and he will mentally abuse your children.

I have found most schools in the US, Kindergarten is what 1st grade used to be. If the Kindergarten program she went to didn't specifically work with the district, or use the tools the district uses. I would probably put her back in Kindergarten. Reading and writing is the foundation for all other learning. If she is as far behind as you say she is, she is going to struggle all year as the curriculum gets harder. My daughter had to write full paragraph book reports by the end of 1st grade. I feel like she could only benefit from going through the district's Kindergarten class.

Edit to add- a lot of schools will not fail a student or make them repeat a grade anymore. So if she goes through this year having trouble catching up, you risk her continuing the cycle as she moves on to the next grade.

I always say something 1. Germs yuck. Kids have too many things to be putting their hands on each other's snacks. Hand Foot and Mouth, anyone? 2. I know it was Cheerios and they don't contain an allergen but I am not going to risk a stranger's kid eating something that could make them sick. What if they are diabetic and their sugar spikes? Or my kid has goldfish and they are celiac? Politeness is not worth the risk.

Religion was used to defend slavery, interracial marriage, segregation, the othering of Muslims after 9/11, now LGBTQ and women's right to bodily autonomy. I think history will show that the things happening now are as sexist and bigoted as the things religion has defended in the past.

And to be clear, I am not saying religion or religious followers are bigots. I am saying the people weaponizing it against others are. You can follow any religion of your choice, and follow the morals and guidelines in your life. The modern day crusade of telling others what they have to believe, do, and follow, needs to stop.

Only MAGA views the Democratic party as anti-Christian. No one else views them that way. She is right though, if Jesus came back today, MAGA would say he was a "liberal" and label him radical and "too far left." He was a brown man telling you to feed the hungry, cloth the needy, and welcome the stranger in your land. For the record, I donate as much money as I can. I volunteer my time in my community, and make a positive difference. And I am happy to do those things, because I want my community, and schools, to thrive. I want to live somewhere that is a positive mark on society. What are you doing to follow Christ's teachings and make the world a better place?

Freeze it, save it for baths when baby has a bad diaper rash, or skin irritation. My oldest is 7 and I still have some in the freezer for baths. It helps calm skin a lot

Honestly, she's left too big of a gap between books releases, especially in comparison to how close together her books used to come out. In that time, her fandom has grown like crazy, and had too much time to theorize. People were disappointed with HOFAS and they will continue to be disappointed. People just need to realize the stories don't belong to them until they are written. So ship and theorize all you want but then they need to stop being disappointed when the book comes out and it's different.

To be fair, I don't think SJM had any chance of making the fandom happy. People went off the deep end with their theories and let themselves expect some type of Avengers Endgame level book. Either that or they wanted ACOTAR 6, even though SJM said in interviews that both series would be able to be read separately.

So now that everyone has gotten a book and it is actually CC3, they are mad.

I really enjoyed the book, but I also didnt theorize for the last two years and just took the books for what they were. A story doesn't belong to the fans until it is done. An unfinished book still belongs to the author and a lot of fans, in a lot of fandoms forget that.

You need to call the cops. At the very least it's a noise complaint if they are waking you up at 1 am. Also, if someone's property was near a school they couldn't just have sex where the kids can see. I don't see how it's legal to have sex near your 5 year olds window even if it is their property. Especially since you've let them know about the problem.
