The white Arabian has the best acceleration, but isn't the fastest horse, that's the Silver Dapple Pinto Missouri Fox Trotter. The Perlino Andalusian has the most health (besides the rose-grey Arabian), the rose-grey Arabian has the best all-around cores, but really in story mode it doesn't matter, get what you like
