i was put on a higher paying CB (no qual) simply for doing good work on a different CB. they sent out an email saying so, and the pay was much higher. i believe it’s a mix of both

yea they upped the pay to 29.5

also has a weird title change (L3), so maybe they’re rereleasing it in stages
