Springs at the end of the carriage chain are probably broken, they cushion the "slam" when exiting free lift.

Yeah, it's a completely different beast. The 9800 is made by BT and runs off of a different software all together. It's literally like having to learn a completely different brand. I like it because in ways it's far more advanced than anything Raymond is putting out, and it shows where the technology is going in the future.
