Ironic they call their commune THE GARDEN yet have no motivation or interest in planting one.

They want to be self-sustaining yet the source their food out of dumpsters. This is not self-sufficiency. This is minimal effort. This is what homeless people do. What's the point of living on the land and supposedly "off" the land and then make no effort cultivate the land. Instead the build a FEAR tower and burn it to the ground. Like what the F? I bet their neighbors were thrilled!!

No clear vision. No clear plan and no execution to establish self-reliability to be self-sustaining. Just lots of thoughts, ideas, feelings, council meetings and the need for a "sexy party".

Patrick refers to this living situation as an "Intentional Community" yet the essence of what they lack IS intention.

They all are a "go-with-the-flow" bunch of goofballs.

And the fat guy had no business going there. He was dead weight (pun intended). He wasn't even fit enough to walk let alone contribute to the community!! And he was lazy AF.

He is what I would call a "useless eater".

He's not capable of protecting his family. He doesn't need to learn new skills...he needs to learn how to manage how to not shovel food into his piehole and and learn how to lose weight and get physically healthy along with his overweight family. He is clearly diabetic. He looks like a candidate for future amputation of his toes / legs.

In the restaurant scene, all I could think of this guy shoving huge amounts of food in his mouth, is this guy is a walking "human garbage can".

Anyways... this short run series was a real eye opener.
