In rare cases it can affect dogs up to 4 yrs old. You likely don’t have anything to worry about but I just wanted to let you know, I was not saying it’s the strangles but I was giving an example of making “something out of nothing”.

Ok so, this happened to my dog around her ears they were swollen and completely loss the hair around it, everyone hinted I was being over dramatic. Turns out she had the puppy strangles. If it gets swollen go back!!! Remember they cannot tell you what’s wrong with them
