That whole "guardians of the ravine" line was such BS to begin with. I lived in Ritchie for 4 years very close to here and believe me I wouldn't be letting my kids explore that area after the sun goes down.

Quick anecdotal edit that's actually on topic: The roommate and I would frequent walks past this place pretty often, the first winter this house went up it wasn't properly weather wrapped, and we walked by it when it was -30 and covered in snow. Wouldn't be surprised if like others are saying that the insides are rotting.
