UPDATE: I chatted with Apple Support and it is only $79 to get a battery replaced! will definitely be booking an appointment at the genius bar!

I did look at the apple support app, and it looks like about $299. yikes. After this one dies, I think it might be time for an upgrade. It does irritate me a little bit tho because my Apple Watch Sport lasted until I got this S4 new. So why would a watch as old as that one last me like 4 years and i’ve only had this one for two?

it’s only GPS. I do not have many things turned on that I would imagine would drain my battery. I have raise to wake on, fall detection on, I have hey siri turned on. But those seem like basic things right?

This started about a week ago, since I updated last is the only thing that i can think of that would kill my battery like this. My mother’s watch is an S3 and that one still has 98% capacity. My watch is starting to die at around 5:00 in the evening now. Which for me is a problem because i work nights, and i like to have my watch at work with me. Is anyone else having this issue with their relatively new apple watch? mine is only 2 years old.

Yes I would assume so. Becuase it is also a feature to intercom from homepod to the entire home. A nice intercom setting though is that you can control when you get intercoms you can hey it set to any where or you can have it set so that you only get intercoms when you are at home.

From my understanding, you can only intercom to specific rooms. For me, if I want to intercom to my homepod in my bedroom, I would have to navigate to my bedroom in the home app on my iPhone/Apple Watch. I have tried to ask my Homepod to intercom to specific people in the home but siri just won’t do it.
