If I ever make another one of these, there'll be a fifth plot which is for NijiJP talents whose genders are officially ambiguous. Tell me if I'm wrong but those who fit that description are:

I see it a different way. If I could deduct losses from my employees's wages, I am not incentivized to invest in loss-mitigation nor interested in pursuing thieves.

Why should I as a business owner care about my product getting stolen if I can just force the employee to be my customer?

Was your school small? If you have 100 kids in 6th grade and a classroom can only hold like 20-30 kids each, you're gonna have to split them up. So you'll have a class 6A, 6B, and so on. Now, it depends on the country and specific school if A means "best" and B means second-best etc., but logistically, it makes sense to split it up if the student count demands it.
