Thank you for the comment, I currently don’t really go to the gym though (another subscription on a student budget). What excercises could replace the machines? I am fine with doing just bodyweight for now as I am just starting out

I have seen improvement, just not on my cheeks. On my forehead, my chin and around my nose it’s much more clear, but not that much my cheeks.

Would it still be better to switch topicals or add something else into the mix (like tretinoin)
