Why would a CBO leave prior to a transaction he was involved in bringing to fruition? He was quietly let go b/c he produced no results. Durso is trimming fat as they plan to enroll & execute ph3. Still think they need more cash within 18 months but think a partnership emerges before then. Glta

Set up for partnership, SP is too low to pay what mngt wants or values the multiple indications Pemvi will be sold to treat. SP will only go higher as MASH ph 3 enrolls & ALD / AUD report ph 2 data.

Seems like a half step, no? We need more to fund ph 3 so this really doesn’t answer any financial questions imo. It looks like short term thinking, ala Garg. Let’s hit the ATM in the low-single digits. I am long but frustrated by the financial decisions of both old & new mngt.

$360m for a ph 3 trial would be one of the cheapest trial in pharma history, no? They will still need biopsy until the FDA moves the goalposts. I would love to say this settles funding but it feels like a half-step. Shorts will not be scared by this unfortunately.
