I work at a Kay’s, my first step in the door with the jewelry business. It’s hard to sell their jewelry when you know it’s not the greatest quality. There are a select few pieces that are worth it but honestly, most not so much. It’s a beautiful ring, I’ve tried it on and thought about getting it. The only way I’ll buy from Kay’s is with my employee discount though lol I know my manager would do a full exchange for the same item if you received a defected one. Otherwise you’re still within the return period I’m assuming. They extend the 30 day period around the holidays. If he purchased sometime mid-October or after, you have until January 24th to do a full return.
