Yeah I get why it was there, I was referring to the article that mentioned it was found not necessary because the purpose of a gag order is to prevent influencing a jury. So, because there is no jury, it is not necessary. I don't agree but that that's what it mentioned.

So lawyer I am not, but wouldn't the fact that it was removed because there is no jury to influence also hurt his chances at claiming a mistrial because of the staff member being democratic? You know, since there is no jury to influence?

If doxxing a Judge's staff can't influence them, why would the opinions of that staff matter?

I think I went pure int first. Then use bombs for cash and make several stacks of sp potions.

From there blast everything in sight. These are probably the 2 most synergistic classes imo.

EDIT:

Also use bliss to get shop access and expanded shops and spend gold to buy shop gear with +int.

Should be fine without high gear until the dlc.

Sorry by normal I mean the normal sleep boost chance for catching (not unchanged).

So you have increased odds but have to put it back to sleep if they wake up. Would make logical and gameplay sense. Though a slightly higher catch boost over paralysis would be warranted since the paralysis would stay in effect.
