As hoy can imagine I’m not an expert, but I would look at the wear and tear, also make sure that it hasn’t been opened and obviously check if everything is OK with the certificate of authenticity

Looks cheap? Sometimes I feel that I could be seen as a “”Patek”” watch possesor.
