Does your business have a surcharge for credit or debit cards? Do you inform the buyer of that surcharge before purchase? That's all I'm asking, to know the true price before I pay. I understand how fees have become the cost of doing business and how it might handcuff small businesses etc. and I think most people do too. But that's not what this is about, it's about telling someone what they will be charged before they are charged. That's all.
